These Interim Terms govern the use of the HeadTech platform by individual users ("Learners"), including Technical Officials, Coaches, Instructors, Athletes, and Students.
By registering for or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
By creating an account, you confirm that:
- You are legally permitted to participate in combat sports activities within your jurisdiction
- The information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date
- You are authorised to register in your declared role
HeadTech reserves the right to request documentation or independent verification at any time.
2. Role Registration
Users may register under one or more roles, including:
- Technical Official
- Coach
- Instructor
- Athlete
- Student
Registration on the platform does not constitute federation licensing, regulatory recognition, appointment, employment, or contractual engagement unless explicitly confirmed in writing by the relevant governing body.
3. Platform Nature and Access
HeadTech is a digital infrastructure platform.
HeadTech does not regulate, sanction, employ, appoint, or supervise users unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Platform access may include:
- Course materials and accreditation pathways
- Event calendars and competition records
- Ranking and performance tracking
- Communication tools
- Digital certification and credential records
Available features may vary depending on federation alignment, event participation, and user status.
4. Professional Conduct
Users agree to:
- Maintain professional and ethical standards
- Comply with applicable federation rules and regulations
- Act in a manner that upholds the integrity of combat sports
- Refrain from misuse, falsification, or manipulation of records
HeadTech may suspend, restrict, or remove access where conduct undermines platform integrity.
5. Educational Content
Courses, materials, and assessments are provided for educational and professional development purposes only.
Completion of any course or accreditation pathway does not automatically grant officiating appointments, coaching privileges, competition entry, or competitive selection unless recognised in writing by the relevant governing authority.
6. Athlete Participation and Safety
Athletes and Students participate in training and competition at their own risk.
HeadTech does not organise, supervise, control, or assume responsibility for:
- Training environments
- Coaching methods
- Physical preparation
- Competition safety
- Medical assessment or treatment
- Event operations conducted by third parties
All physical participation remains under the responsibility of the relevant club, coach, event organiser, or governing body.
7. Data and Records
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their personal information and submitted records.
HeadTech may process and store accreditation, performance, ranking, and competition-related data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the platform Privacy Policy.
While reasonable security safeguards are implemented, HeadTech does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous platform availability.
8. No Guarantee of Career Advancement
Use of the platform does not guarantee:
- National team selection
- Officiating appointments
- Coaching opportunities
- Sponsorship
- Competitive success
Progression remains subject to federation criteria, performance standards, and independent selection processes.
9. Suspension or Termination
HeadTech may suspend or terminate access where:
- False or misleading information is provided
- Platform misuse occurs
- Records are falsified or manipulated
- Conduct damages the integrity of the platform or associated governing bodies
HeadTech reserves the right to notify relevant governing authorities where appropriate.
10. Modifications
HeadTech may update these Interim Terms periodically to reflect platform development, regulatory alignment, or governance requirements.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
